First of all, a little snooping, uncovered that the control wasn't updated by SP3. As far as I remember, I'd never had any problems with the control, but have really just played with it. However, there's something not right here. I can't, for example, get the help file from the context menu.

I haven't looked into the registry yet, but that's my next step. Followed by some digging in the SP3 files.

BTW, what version is your control?
