I have created a mailing label using the wizard and set Print When to only print certain records that meet certain criteria. That appears to be working.

But now the next step (and my question) is -

Question 1:

How can I print 5 mailing labels for Mr. Jones and 3 mailing labels for Mr. Williams and 12 mailing labels for Mr. and Mrs. Doe when they each have only one record in the table.

Is there an easy way to do this?

Question 2:

Also, I was wondering if there was an easy way to pickup where you left off when printing laser labels so you don't waste sheets of laser labels when you don't print a full sheet every time?

I have never done this before in VFP. Thanks for your ideas and guidance?
