Jeff, msXML.dll installs with both IE4 and IE5, but the version you want only comes with IE5. There is also a patch program available from MS that gives IE4.01 IE5's XML parser. You can get it from MSDN.Microsoft.com/XML.

Your second question, Yes. it supports both. What is your browser doing that makes you think it's not working?
