There is the added benifit of Crystal's compatibility with other platforms like Oracle and Lotus Notes so to build a report that spans multiple data sources is very easy. Also the Crystal built-in's like the map wizard can produce point and click maps that drill down to the data very easily. Our users LOVE drill down charts and maps.

Are you using Crystal with ODBC or with v.2 format tables? How is the performance?
