I haven't found a way to target a HTTP-EQUIV syntax to another frame.

What I would like to do is something like this:

META HTTP-EQUIV=Refresh CONTENT="1; URL=http://... TARGET=Frame"

Is that possible?

It can be done with Javascript but I don't want to use it.
