INTL 5 is an improvement over version 3 in that it is optimized for VFP 5 and introduces a new Right-To-Left localization strategy which is useful if you are localizing your VFP 5 applications to Hebrew, Arabic, Japanese, and other Middle-Eastern and Oriental writing systems.
