I am perplexed as to why I sometimes see it (should always)
and sometimes dont. In the group header I have included
the program name, datetime produced, report title and page #.

This information shows on pages 1 thru 9 but then is totally
missing on page 10 and reappears on page 11. There is nothing
in the print when button that would cause this problem.

Any idea why I am not getting this on very page as I would
expect?
