SP3 doesn't completely solve my C5 problem

You're right about that Bruce ... packing did not help.

One last comment before I do this (or what Jeff suggested) ... I still think there's corruption of the .SCX somehow. I don't think I mentioned this yet, but clicking on the form the first time from the project, brings it up ok. Then close it (no save prompt anymore .... thanks for that suggestion, Bruce), then click on it again in the project .... BOOM!! Immediate C5!

Does this ring any bells for anyone?

I guess I'll start messing with things while I await more replies ....
