For security purposes, I need a password so I was thinking of just verifying against the NT password to allow system access. This way, the user doesn't have to maintain multiple passwords. Maybe there are some libraries for purchase that might provide this type of functionality. I know there are for the Novell server.

OK. Let me have a look at my knowledge database, there is a way to get the username from the nt-logon, it's over the registry because there is a setting which shows the user name of the actual user. I've never heard about such an utility, and I don't think its possible.
