Thanks a lot, it helps. I achieved my goal!!! My problem actually was not only in the BoundTo, ControlSource (you're right, I don't need to set them), but also for some reason instead of FoxPro command "replace substitute with this.displayvalue" I just typed substitute=this.displayvalue and then was very surprised, that nothing changes :))
