>Does anyone know what the requirements are for setting up a report to use a style in GENHTML.dbf instead of the default courier fonts? GENHTML works with the styles for tables but not reports.

If I'm understanding you correctly, it is not possible to define the default font in a report with the styles stored in genhtml.dbf in conjunction with genhtml.prg. How genhtml works is this:

DO genhtml WITH cOutPutFile (test.htm), vSourceFile (test.dbf), nShow (2), vIELink (.F.), cStyle (located in genhtml.dbf)
