I couldn't find a MSGraph only installation. I'm afraid you should manually copy MSGRaph files to windir\msapps directory unless you do an installation of office97 component (Excel, ppt, word etc) or reinstallation of your app (reinstallation is recommended by MS KB in most cases for MSGRaph reg. problems). Assuming copying is done what I've found from KB is :
Unlike previous versions you cannot register MSGraph8 just by dblclicking the app once.
Exit to a DOS prompt, run :
msgraph8.exe /regserver
