>>I'm having problems after SP3, too...one was caused by CLEAR ALL, removing that from code stopped run-time crashes. But if anything, I'm getting more GPFs at design-time now with SP3 installed - they aren't C000005s any longer, they're back to the old vfp5-style "application termination" crashes. I have to resort to very frequent saves in order not to lose work; I suppose I should try a complete re-install of both vfp6 & SP3...

I'm happy to report that after uninstalling VS6 entirely, then re-installing and installing SP3 on top, my vfp6 now is much more stable. Things that were causing crashes (like coded CLEAR ALL) seem to be fine now.

I can join the ranks of those highly recommending the upgrade, with just a minor caveat that the SP3 installation may not work perfectly the first time...
