Hi

Does anyone know if you can add user defined properties to objects other than the form using the Form Designer? It appears that the "new property" command only adds properties to the form. I would like to add properties to contained objects. I know I can always do this is code in the Init method etc. If this is just a limitation to the Form Designer does anyone know if there are plans to remove this limitation? I have the same problem trying to add custom methods to a contained object. I would also like to see these limitations removed from the class designer.

There are several other limitations I would like to see removed from the Class designer. Since I can define classes for Page, Column and Header objects in code why not be able to visually design them. Just because they are contained in another object should not prevent me from visually designing the class. What would be so hard about showing a single tabbed page and allowing the user to customize the properties and methods etc?

The odd part about this is that an option group contains option buttons, yet you can design an option button separately in the class designer. So it appears someone was thinking about this problem but did not carry it through to completion.
