In the DISTRIB.SRC directory, there's a .DEP file that outlines the exact file requirements and dependencies for the VFP6 runtime (VFP6R.DEP). InstallShield Express should be able to use the .DEP file directly; it describes files, registration requirements and dependencies of installed files on common components.

There's also a small .REG file (VFP6R.REG) that serves as a template for creating some additional registry keys required by the VFP6 runtime.
