I maybe wrong, but, you should be able to access the webserver from the Management Console on your local machine through ras if you have the security rights set up correctly. There is also an html version of IIS administrator (It might have to be configured first) that you should be able to access from IE once you have made your ras connection.

Can anyone recommend a good way for me to be able to make sure their web site is running properly? The web site is actually running on an intranet so I cannot access it through my ISP to see if it is up. I do have access to their network using dial-up networking.
