I am in the process of building a help file.

Here is my problem. I need to get screen shots of my application components and I don't know how to do it.

Is there something that comes with Windows 98 that would let me do those screenshots? If not what would be the best software to do it?

Please don't suggest something to expensive. I don't want to pay to much for this.
