Hi Matthew.

>Part1: Does anyone know what unit of measure is used in storing Height and Width in an FRX file (VFP 6). It looks too large for Foxels and Pixels, could it be Twips?

They're 10,000 of an inch. However, it's *way* more complicated than that. Fortunately, there's a much simpler way to work with reports than hand-coding an FRX: read my article in the June 1999 FoxTalk for source code for report objects, which you simply instantiate, set some properties, and then have them create the FRX for you.
