Haven't worked with formsets for a while, but I think what I used to do was the poorman's way of CTRL+A on the old form, then paste it all into a newly created formset form...then you have to copy the form PEM code, also, and change some of the references to formset, etc. One of the reasons I stopped using formsets, I guess, if your plans change, they're not very flexible :) Of course you could add the form as a class a runtime as an alternative, but that removes the whole purpose...
