I guess I wasn't just being stupid. My HTML report needs (at this time anyway) are not extraordinary, so what I am doing is saving two copies of my report (the regular one and an HTML one)

It's easy enough to add a text field that only prints when html and also prints out the link to my style sheet.

I found it helps to print the data as a table, so I add a text field for table and each row has fields for the TR tags. One quirk was the WWW_FORMAT TD tag which had extended info for class=colour which also shows up in the closing tag. Not a problem, except for the truncation!

Anyway, I've only spent a day or two on this and I know it will be much more workable than the FRX2HTML class in the foundation class.

The flexibility of VFP gives one the opportunity to try many things before you have to resort to swearing. (The VB and Crystal Report guys around me find that time frame is remarkably short!)
