Probably has to do with the toolbar always being on top. However, adding a toolbar, simply forces the forms down the z-order, and adjusting the code for the toolbar produces similar results.

Back to the thread< g >, however, your point about relegating this problem to a forms manager is, of course, the best solution to the problem.
