I have an active x control that is written in VB. This control is hosted by IE. How do i reference IE?

I know I have to add a reference to get the IE data type:
Dim Blah as InternetExplorer
Set UserControl1.Parent = Blah
Blah.Navigate......

I really just need to navigate and read cookies. What DLL,OLE controls do I have to include in references to get IntenetExplorer as a data type.
