DCOM is nothing more than an out-of-process COM server deployed on a remote system. You build the COM server the same way you build any other out-of-proces server; chapter 16 in the VFP6 Programmer's Guide is devoted to OLE Automation, including a section on using Remote Automation that serves as a good starting place. Since this is a part of the VFP6 documentation that's included in the VFP6 Help system (Using Visual Foxpro/Programmer's Guide/Extending Applications/Adding OLE takes you to the start of the chapter, RTFD (Read The FoxPro Documentation). There are also some references on Microsoft's Visual FoxPro web pages. Rick Strahl's book Internet Applications with Visual FoxPro 6.0 has some useful information on the subject as well, including some discussion of using MTS as a means of managing remote COM.

Good luck.
