Hi Nabil,
You don't need INTL to display Arabic data in VFP. You'll need VFP 3.0b or better, and an Arabic version of Windows.... Have you tried this?
INTL localizes your interface objects by configurably localizing strings, fonts, images, data sources, currencies, and on-screen arrangement.
It works at run-time...
