Good point -- my latest apps have been menu-less. One is fairly large (very specialized) and uses TreeView to select reports, etc.

I was just wondering -- If a project's "main" component is MyForm, could you successfully invoke the menu from MyForm.Load()? I have never tried this approach...have you?

>You are right, but I've found that using a PRG for startup is the simpliest way. The majority of my app are MDI application for which I simply put up a menu and wait for the user to select something.
