I'm having a little difficulty with images and general fields.

I'd like to have an image kept in a general field displayed in an OLEBoundControl or in a manner similar to the way that works. I define image as not just a .bmp (which works fine in the OLEBoundControl) but also the other formats which the Image Control supports (i.e. .jpg, .gif, etc.). The OLEBoundControl displays an icon for these latter formats. Referencing files isn't an option because the data must be stored on a SQL Server.

I suspects the problem lies in the areas of having an ole server that displays them in-place the same way that Office does with Word and Excel documents (as does Paintbrush).

Suggestions?
