FWIW, You might even want to consider picking up a copy of the Office 97 VB Programmer's Guide. (Microsoft ISBN 1-57231-340-4) I think it was about $30 and has some really useful information if you interface with Office 97 alot. (Of course the release of Office 2000 may be one good reason to not buy it!)

But it has come in very handy on several occassions and has helped me get a fair grasp on the Office model.
