My assumption is that the flat toolsbars will be available. Is this important to your users? Depends on what your users want. Will users get dockable forms? Unknown. However, it is a good bet that we'll see MUCH better ADO support. Again, does this make a difference to your users? It depends on the application and needs.

Basically what they showed us was developer productivity. Does this directly affect the users? Yes...you get the solution to them faster.

IMO, one of the coolest things they showed was the debugger improvements where you can take the locals window and drop it on the trace window and you get tabs at the bottom to switch between them.
