MS just emailed me (it was less than 10 minutes since I called, wow!) and this is what he said...

1. You can copy the VFP6R.DLL and the VFP6RENU.DLL to the Windows\System
directory and any VFP6 executable that you've created will have access to
these resource files as long as the Windows\System directory is in your
environment path. Another way of letting the VFP6 executable "know" where
the resource files are located is to use the "-d" switch a shortcut for the
executable (ie, MYEXE -dc:\winnt\system32)

This is crazy still, meaning that I would have "remember" to copy those two files everywhere I copy an VFP execute!?!? Even if we get a new "extra" PC and I would have to beg other people to copy the two files just in case we "ever" run a VFP execute on that PC, do you see what I mean?
