You might be better off just storing the images in a memo field using APPEND MEMO. When you need to display an image just use COPY MEMO to create a temporary file then use the image control to display it. You will need VFP 6 to display JPGs with the image control.

All I want is to be able to display either BMP or JPG files in a general field in an OLE bound control. But the problem is that it seems to depend on what machine this is running on as to what happens. This is supposed to be an application that will run on hundreds of machines. Can anyone tell me how to ensure that I can load and display images correctly??
