But aren't PRGs still faster than using methods? I know the difference may be negligible, but I prefer to keep a library of certain functions that are used system wide (file utilities and such) in a series of utility procedure files. I've done this with the understanding that certain commonly used functions may give the app better speed if called from a procedure file.
