Programmatically, set WINDOWSSTATE = 0 (or 2); double-dlicking or right clicking and selecting Restore should bring it back.

Just like any other window; you'll wanty to turn off stuff like autocentering - there's nothing 'special' about a VFP window, unless it has too live in the context of the main window - in which case, you may be bopund to the confines of a parent window. I don't really understand this question, since it's one of many cases where, from a user perspective, forms are just other Windows thingies.
