Downlaod SP3, or at least theupdated Setup Wizard; this issue has been addressed at least to some degree. There have been a number of posts related to running VFP on some of the Internationalized versions of NT; search the last couple of weeks and you should find several threads with exact fixes to this problem, but the easiest thing is to grab SP3, apply it and rebuild.
