Try to download and install the Visual Studio Service Pack #3. If this doesn't help, this tip from José Constant should do the trick:

"This happens with German and Spanish versions of VFP6. You can solve it by removing the project information. You know, the place where you put developper info, etc... Remove all that and recompile the EXE."
