I think something like:
This.columns(i).edtMemo.RowHeight=30
Just before This.columns(i).edtMemo.Visible=.T.
I was having a problem and it turned out that only the top half (empty) were showing in the grid.
If that doesn't work, try building a fixed one in the form designer and then copy what you did into your code.
