I don't know if this will work, but it might be worth a try. You could put a picture on the report and tie it to a particular file on disk. Then in the onentry event of the detail band you could call a function that would copy the picture from the current record and use CLEAR RESOURCES. That last part is important because it keeps using VFP from using the cached version of the file.

>Thanks for that Idea. hadn't thought of that. But it doesnt answer one problem which is how to print it. You can only use a general field in a report and that still doesnt work. Got any ideas?
