I assume you know that forms are stored in a table with a .SCX extension. These tables can be opened just like any VFP table.

When you create a dataenvironment the second record of the screen is the DE record, the Class field reads "dataenvironment". All records between the dataenvironment record and the one with the Class field = "form" are part of the DE. These can include Cursors and Relations. In the worse case, just delete these records, pack, close the .SCX file, open in the Form designer and add the DE again. Make sure you make a backup of the .SCX file first.
