If what you want to do is allow users to access their applications on your network from a browser, you may want to look at Citrix Server. Citrix provides a web client which allows users to connect to an NT server and run their applications by remote control. The server has software MicroSoft licensed from Citrix (the name escapes me at the moment).

Some versions of VFP have had performance problems in the Citrix environment, so double check before you leap in.

>>I have an apps. for a lawer firm. This apps. gives them a chance to create all the documents for Real Estate Closings. Using that program users can create database of their files and print closing documents. The documents are PowerPoint presentations. Now they want to use apps. over the Internet for another firms. Also they want to preview docs. and change something on the fly (not thru VFP interface. Like ad-hoc change). So what would be a solution for that? What software (including server) will I need? I have a small network at home with cable connection to the internet. How would I create Web environment to develop and test program?

This would leave either a HTML-based representation (ie. you fill in the information and give a rough approximation of the result) or you could print the PP presentation to a PDF file and have them view that instead. These PDF files may or may not be usuable, depending on the file sizes. No one is going to want to wait for 10 minutes to download what is supposed to be a "Preview". Maybe the final PP presentation, but not the preview.

To develop applications using it, you only need WC, VFP, and Microsoft's Personal Web server. I'd suggest a dedicated NT machine running IIS, though. Actually, you can get away with just one system running NT and use that as your development system.
