Wow, are you mad at somebody? If the "boss" knows the desired result, he/she would not have to know foxpro to spec the job. They could simply break the job into small enough units, prioritize them, and meet with you to get your input/advice and time estimates to completion. I mean after all your supposed to be FoxPro expert. I would be inefficient to have a skilled programmer designing programs, especially in a small shop.
