You can download and install the Windows Scripting Host on the target machine, and launch scripts using (1) the native VFP RUN command to fire the CScript or WScript executables, (2) use an API call to do the same thing (my API_APPRUN class, the FFC's ShellExecute class and a ton of other examples exist that offer more flexibility than the native RUN) and there have been dozens of articles - one that I recommend is John Petersen's article last year in FoxTalk, which can be downloaded with source code examples for $5 from www.pinpub.com/foxtalk.
