Not to nitpick, but you only need DCOM95 with Win95 - Win98 and Win2K already include the DCOM support by default. In the unlikely event that DCOM isn't in place on a WIn98 system, it's a clear indication that something's wrong, and at least a partial operating system reinstall is desirable (or applying the DCOM98 file from Visual Studio CD 1.)
