We use InstallShield to install our product. One of our customers installs the software but everytime they try and run it, either from the start menu or by double clicking on the exe, they get the error "Invalid path or filename". This happens immediately. They are running NT4.0 and are installing to a directory right off the root. I thought maybe the exe had gotten corrupt somehow so I sent them a one line exe with a wait window saying "here I am". They get the same error. Anyone have any ideas?
