I am attempting to run the Count.exe found on my desk top.

the HTML tag looks like this.
IMG SRC="/cgi-bin/Count.exe?df=sample.dbf&comma=T&dd=D"

Only a broken image shows.

Do I need to set the desk top as a web server to get this to work?
