You create your database and you put it on the server where every user can access it.

Then you create your application and build it as a EXE. You then use the Setup Wizard to create a LAN setup that will be put on the server.

Each user has to run the setup from the server first.

You must plan your application to be used in multi-user situation and resolve conflicts if 2 users modify the same record.
