Hmmm...I haven't heard this one before!
All Framework messages are stored in the MsgSvc.dbf table and are displayed by means of Steven Black's public domain MsgSvc program (for the benefit of our international customers). I'm not sure why you would get the message form, icon and buttons without the message! All of these are stored in the same record within MsgSvc.dbf.
