two questions on toolbars - VFP5.0a

1) Is there any way to get a toolbar to be a "top level form" all by itself since it does not have a "as top level form" choice? Any way to mimic it? I would like this small app I have to open up with nothing but a toolbar floating against the windows desktop.

2) separate issue - not same app. What is best way to prevent user from undocking a toolbar? Setting movable to .F. prevents them from drag-undocking it, but they can still undock by double-clicking on it. How do I prevent this? I've tried nodefault in Undock and before dock to no avail.
