Yeah, I realized that it doesn't happen much with the mouse, but arrowing them is bad. I'm not having any other video problems. I'm at 1024 x 768.

What is PMFJI? I see that a lot but always forget to ask. I should turn that acronym thingy on. :)

It "streaks" not so much when dragging things, but when shift-arrow moving them, it does it bad - seems to streak around the vertical and horizontal lines of the object being moved.
