Eric,

On the email side, look in the files section. I've got a class there called MAPIMail - it's very simple to use. As for faxing, I've been tirelessly investigating this and am at a total loss. The best I can recommend is either WinFax or FaxServe - both have DDE samples. I'll carry on looking (I don't give in!!).
