If you want the CD, you have to order it from MSDN in Ireland. (The phone number is on the MSDN site). Ask for part X03-50158. They should have charged me something like 700 BEF and ended up with an amount 100 times this. 70000 BEF, my wife was pleased! Took a few days to get the mess fixed...
