Look at foxweb (www.foxweb.com). I use their product and have no complaints from my users. I was able to put an application on the internet in a very short time. As for the difference well the main one is your outputs and inputs. The guts of my code was the same, but I had to think in terms of HTML input and Output to the user. So you will need some HTML knowledge. FoxWeb has good documentation and a demo you can download. We have it running on our NT server as well as a Win 95 machine running personal web server.
